The selection process at Bulmarket ensures equal opportunities for all applicants and transparency and uniformity of selection criteria. In the first phase, through a telephone interview, we present the candidate’s professional opportunity and analyze the information contained in his CV.
The manager responsible for the unit for which we are looking for a new addition and our HR specialist will conduct an interview with the selected candidates, aiming to deepen the technical skills possessed by the candidate and required by the company.
At the end of the selection process, candidates who meet the required characteristics are identified and our HR specialist will communicate the final result to each participant.
Our HR specialist contacts the candidate we have selected for the position by email or phone.
The selected candidate receives a written job offer that contains our proposed terms and conditions and a job description.

The first period in the company is an important phase of your professional life.
