Management
Sustainability
The rapid growth of the Bulmarket Group in recent years requires the implementation of more efficient and transparent forms of management. For us, demonstrating high ethics and responsibility in the way we do business is a key goal and cause. Inspections and optimization of our supply chains, internal rules and policies are also part of the 37 measures set out in the Group’s “Strategy for ESG and a Sustainable Future” in part Management.
Over the past two years we have achieved:
- Creation of ESG structure and team
- Complete restructuring of the Bulmarket Group
- Updating, drafting and implementing a number of policies and rules of the Group:
– Anti-corruption policy
– Safety policy
– Information protection policy - Participations of the management staff in trainings and forums aimed at new practices, changes in legislation and compliance with high professional norms
In 2024, Bullmarket Group plans to review its strategy and supplement and upgrade it. We report a number of changes in the environment, the market and the world we live in, under the influence of a global pandemic, economic crises and wars in the region. For this reason, a number of planned measures were changed, delayed or increased.
The Bulmarket Group does not stop looking for the most efficient and environmentally friendly solutions to provide an ever better service. The company plans to prepare its first ESG report according to internationally recognized standards in the first half of 2024.
