Due to the nature of our work in the field of production, storage and logistics, we maintain high levels of safety to minimize risks and protect our most valuable asset – our employees. SAFETY OF PROCESSES
The group’s production activities include modern enterprises with high-tech solutions. The nature of working conditions shall be organized to such a degree that there is minimal risk to workers. The high degree of modernization and implementation of smart systems allows each of the production aspects to be monitored in real time and with automatic adaptations in order to minimize risks. It is an annual practice for all employees to go through general and specific safety trainings, with regular exam sessions to ensure a high level of familiarity with safety protocols. It is a constant practice of all companies to organize simulations of crisis situations in order to fully prepare the reaction of each employee.
SAFETY ON THE ROAD
Our drivers, train drivers and captains are professionals in their specialty. They undergo regular courses and tests in order to reduce the risks of accidents.
GPS devices are tracking and monitoring the behavior and reactions of all our moving compositions and transports. In addition, our means of transport are equipped with cameras that track the actions of the teams 24/7.
BUSINESS SAFETY
Tegra Industrial Zone has its own fire-fighting team and specialized fire-fighting equipment.
In connection with the war in Ukraine, the Bulmarket Group has taken additional initiatives for the security of its staff and bases, drawing up new special evacuation plans and preparing shelters for staff in the event of an incident or threat.
