RAIL SERVICES
Bullmarket Rail Cargo
Rail connectivity has been a vital part of Europe’s infrastructure for decades, facilitating trade and travel across the continent. In recent years, the European Union has placed a new focus on the development and expansion of rail networks with ambitious goals for increased connectivity and sustainability. According to the latest data from Eurostat, rail transport accounted for 7.8% of passenger transport and 16.6% of freight transport in the EU in 2020, underscoring their continued importance to the region’s economy.
BULMARKET Rail Cargo
Bullmarket Rail Cargo is the first private rail carrier in Bulgaria. The company offers complete transport solutions, including:
- Transit trains on the territory of Bulgaria.
- Transport solutions for internal transport of large industrial companies.
- Arranging and handling of rail freight shipments, including general cargo, products and acids.
The company owns the necessary wide range of over 100 locomotives.
The Zacs and Eaos models available in the company number more than 1,500, with 30% of them used for the group’s direct needs.
The company is perfectly positioned to take advantage of the growing network across the EU, enabling increasingly complex logistics and reducing reliance on trucks and traffic on European roads. The company’s growth has led to the acquisition of partner rail carriers in Romania and Serbia, while we are also looking at development potential in Hungary and Central Europe.
