Bullmarket Group is pleased to present its ESG strategy. The project in the preparatory period was developed for eight months by more than 20 employees of the company and more than 1,200 working hours of targeted work were invested.

“Strategy for ESG and Sustainable Future 2021-2026” aims to introduce a new way of thinking and operating not only for the entire organization, but also for the surrounding ecosystem. The construction of the ESG strategy leads to the optimization of processes along the lines of zero emissions, circular economy, social commitment and transparent management. This is a key activity for all our stakeholders regarding the environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance of the Bullmarket Group, as well as the positive impact on local and regional communities. The creation of the “Strategy for ESG and Sustainable Future 2021-2026” leads to the construction of 25 major goals that the Bullmarket Group has set itself to achieve by 2026. 148 specific measures and activities have been identified, grouped under the following categories:

– ESG management;

– Environment;

– Management;

– Employees;

– Products and Customers.

At the moment, 45 of the total number of objectives have been fully implemented even before the existence of the strategy. A special management organization – ESG Council – has been created, which will manage and be responsible for the implementation of processes in all categories. The long-term goal is carbon neutrality and net zero emissions by 2035.

In 2022, Bullmarket Group aims to strengthen its management structure for ESG and sustainability through staff training, as well as to prepare its first ESG report audited according to international standards. For the Bulmarket Group, good corporate governance means transparency, ethical business practices, open communication and sustainable development. To be one of the highly responsible, socially, environmentally friendly and transparent companies in the industry has always been our goal. The implementation of the ESG strategy becomes an invariable part of the values and methodology of the Bullmarket Group, and it is expected to be updated every year compared to the previous one. The team responsible for monitoring the implementation of the strategy will meet every quarter, and data on the set measures will be collected year-round.
